"Ok so who thought grabbing a hot drink could add such a pleasant experience to the day. The 2 ladies that served me yesterday were just so lovely, I didn't catch their names but the one on the till had braided slightly more brunette hair and the lady that made my hot chocolate had blonde tied back hair. Honestly they were the loveliest ever, I got the celebration muffin and it didn't say if it was suitable for vegetarians and so they went out their way to make sure it was suitable for all my dietary requirements, they didn't waste anytime (as I was on my lunch break and really appreciated this) and made up my hot chocolate at the same time, my order was ready promptly and i was even give a paper bag for my muffin as I was also carrying biscuits and it was nice of the staff member to notice and went out of her way to make it easier for me. (They deserve a raise! Or a bonus atleast ;) ) And I will also add that the chocolate celebration muffin was really really nice!"

"Just had skinny latte and lemon muffin. Both were delicious. It was a queiter time when I visited so no long queue. Staff always pleasant and do their best to serve you quickly despite not seeming to have enough staff."
